Open Control Panel anf Go to Devices and Printers.
Now select your Mobile Device from the Bluetooth Paired Mobiles list Displayed in your Devices and Printers Window and Click on Connect Using.
Once you will Click on "Connect Using" a drop down menu containing option "Access Point" will appear. Just click on it and it will automatically create a connection and Now you can use internet in your PC/Laptop via your mobile GPRS or 3G Pack.
